工作概要 job summary

3. 負(fù)責(zé)下屬質(zhì)量工程師的目標(biāo)設(shè)定、績效考核、培訓(xùn)提升工作
4.制定sqe團(tuán)隊(duì)對與供應(yīng)商定期溝通計劃,并推動實(shí)施
5. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)sqe 團(tuán)隊(duì),維護(hù)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系并不斷完善和優(yōu)化
6.根據(jù)公司項(xiàng)目需要,參與重點(diǎn)或戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)過程
7. 組織供應(yīng)商會議,供應(yīng)商不合格品的退貨和相關(guān)索賠
8. 負(fù)責(zé)提供供應(yīng)商供貨質(zhì)量業(yè)績,并參與供應(yīng)商業(yè)績評估
9. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織sqe團(tuán)隊(duì)針對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行定期評價,并對高風(fēng)險供應(yīng)商采取措施消除風(fēng)險。
10. 針對供應(yīng)商流出的重大質(zhì)量問題,監(jiān)督督促供應(yīng)商按時、按期的實(shí)施100%有效的糾正與預(yù)防措施。

資格和要求 qualification and requirements:
1.教育:大學(xué)本科及以上,電子、制造或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2.工作經(jīng)歷:5年及以上汽車行業(yè)的質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),及3年以上供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對于機(jī)械制造(塑料件加工及金屬品壓鑄)有2年以上的質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有獨(dú)立解決相關(guān)問題的能力,具備電子產(chǎn)品及半導(dǎo)體的相關(guān)知識。
3. 專業(yè)知識/技能:
?掌握汽車行業(yè)qs9000、vda6.1或ts16949等質(zhì)量方面的知識

1根據(jù)iso及化妝品標(biāo)桿企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立和完善供應(yīng)商管理體系和相關(guān)文件,確保供應(yīng)商符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求。
2.根據(jù)上年度供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)、供貨績效等級,制定供應(yīng)商年度審核計劃并進(jìn)行實(shí)施,及時出具審核報告,達(dá)到對供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量監(jiān)控。
3.根據(jù)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)需求,與相關(guān)部門確定新供應(yīng)商審核計劃,并按計劃進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)入審核,出具審核報告,使新供應(yīng)商準(zhǔn)入可控。

? manage the supplier panel from a quality perspective for his/her commodity within the region for new suppliers
? capture and cross-fertilize knowledge on incidents and problem solving for his/her dedicated segment
? enhance sde technical e_pertise through sde academy for his/her commodity within the region
? close cooperation with cross-functional department, managing and continuous improving of suppliers
? managing supplier compliance with standards, legal, product/service quality
