1. undertake design project from concept to completion for the laureate academy;
2. define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”;
3. interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans;
4. set costs and project fees according to budget， research and decide on materials and products sourcing;
5. search for and bid on new projects;
6. conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects;
7. supervise work progress;
8. prepare and participate in client presentations.
崗位職責(zé)
1. 繪製榮鼎學(xué)校建築和室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的總體佈局或概念方案;
2. 審核設(shè)計(jì)單位提供的各專業(yè)概念設(shè)計(jì)、方案、初步設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖檔，提供修訂意見、向公司管理層彙報(bào)、調(diào)整修訂設(shè)計(jì)、或/并組織設(shè)計(jì)單位完善設(shè)計(jì)成果;
3. 組織必要的圖紙會(huì)審、方案論證;
4. 審核材料樣板;
5. 組織招投標(biāo)工作，審核招、投標(biāo)工作的相關(guān)技術(shù)資料等;
6. 解決施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的技術(shù)問題;
7. 不定期對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行檢查，隨時(shí)監(jiān)控工程品質(zhì)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)召集相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行處理;
8. 組織交竣工驗(yàn)收;
job requirements:
1. must have overseas study or work e_perience or foreign-capital enterprise work e_perience referred;
2. bachelor degree or above， major in architecture or interior design， working e_perience: more than 2 years;
3. have a good understanding of architectural design， interior design and other professional drawings;
4. familiar with using various software， such as sketchup， autocad， photoshop， etc.， with revit e_perience is preferred;
5. strong communication and coordination skills;
6. familiar with national and local laws， regulations and policies in mainland;
7. will often work in cities in mainland china.

室內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)師 廣東博達(dá)投資有限公司 廣州市曠曌文化活動(dòng)策劃有限公司,stag曠曌,曠曌 職責(zé)描述:
1.依據(jù)公司相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)要求,負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)目功能性方案設(shè)計(jì)及落位。
2.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)初步方案、擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段建筑/室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)與設(shè)計(jì)院交流及設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,參與設(shè)計(jì)圖紙會(huì)審,整理圖紙會(huì)審記錄,并提出整改意見。
3.配合各項(xiàng)目相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)單位跟進(jìn)與進(jìn)度協(xié)調(diào)。
4.負(fù)責(zé)精裝修類工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察、測(cè)繪,督促設(shè)計(jì)單位按要求對(duì)圖紙進(jìn)行修改和完善。
5.協(xié)助招標(biāo)工作,參加招標(biāo)工程圖紙答疑,草擬精裝修專業(yè)相關(guān)條款,審核專業(yè)報(bào)價(jià)是否符合相關(guān)規(guī)定及各項(xiàng)收費(fèi)是否合理。
6.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)各階段建筑/室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)方案和材料選型的優(yōu)化工作;
7.與工程管理部門等相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行建筑/室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)銜接,控制重大設(shè)計(jì)變更,參與重大設(shè)計(jì)變更中建筑/室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)工作配合。
8.熟悉公裝流程,材料,裝修施工工藝,有施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),配合工程部對(duì)工程變更、簽證取證及編制工作。
任職資格:
1、需具備建筑學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景,大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2、5年以上室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉質(zhì)量管理及成本控制。
3、具體優(yōu)秀的協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合同能力,責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
4、熟悉cad,3dsma_,photoshop,office軟件。
5、有大型商場(chǎng)、辦公樓設(shè)計(jì)、外墻深化設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

2. lead quality control and production of all id associated drawing and packages from idf and ldi
3. co-ordinate with pcm to manage idf and ldi issues
4. secure integrity of the commercial concept
6. check associated icc guidelines / manual compliance information is incorporated.
7. ensure signage design is aligned with signage manual
8. support design manager with all cad/renderings as required
9. leasing support: provide drawings and sketches for the leasing team
10. special assignments given by design manager.
11. sketches, drawings on concept developments as required
12. support to project team such as drawing management, file structure and administration, upload drawings etc.
13. support in contact with e_ternal parties as required.
14. daily support to the design manager
university degree in architecture or interior design.
